You can book our sleepovers for as little as $250 for 1-2 tents.
All of our teepee sleepovers are indoors only.
We arrive with a vision in mind and love setting up. We do not require your help to set up and ask that you allow us 1 -3 hours depending on your # of guests and any location limitations like stairs, hallways etc..
Yes! We love when our customers use there Imagination and we provide customization starting at an additional $50 + per event not per guest. Prices range depending on accommodations.
We require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all cancellation requests. All cancellations are fully refundable and subject to a $25 admin fee from the full balance paid.

We require a minimum of 6 days notice to reschedule your event for a date further out from your original date. We cannot guarantee your new date will be available but will do everything we can to make it happen!
We do not accommodate dates to be sooner than original date unless approved by email.

We serve Duval County and St. Johns County, Florida and surrounding areas year-round. We do not service 40 miles outside of 32259 zip code.
Delivery, setup & pickup is basically FREE only $0.01 within 20 miles of our zip code 32259.
21- 30 miles requires a $30 delivery/pickup fee
31 - 40 miles requires a $45 delivery / pickup fee
Our standard rental time frame is overnight. Pickup is no later than 10am the next day unless otherwise noted in writing. You can rent for a few hours during the day for same day pickup however, the same rates apply.
We do accommodate multiple-day rentals for an additional $55 per teepee per night, add this request to your booking.
All of our items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Our bedding is laundered by a professional service to ensure the highest quality of care.
We ask that you please have the IMAGINED area we are setting up to be smoke and pet-free. Clean floors and surrounding areas add to the magical feel as well. Please move as much furniture from the area as possible to maximize space.
Yes, each booking requires a $150 booking deposit to secure your date. This is credited to the total balance due.
Damage/Security deposits are $100. They are refunded after the rental equipment is inspected and returned in the same condition on the pickup day.
The time of deposit into your account depends on your bank. If damages occur during the customer's event an itemized invoice will be emailed of the damages incurred.
Any remaining funds will be issued to customer, an overage will be invoiced accordingly and due upon receipt.
The remaining balance is to be paid at booking or the day of the event date prior to setup.
All of our teepees and bedding are cleaned with non-fragrant hypo-allergenic detergent.
No we do not! We try to keep things as efficient as possible. You will receive a request to send a short video or photos of your setup space for the teepees the day before your party so that we can IMAGINE the sleepover setup properly.
All of our teepees are 5 ft. tall and can accommodate 1 adult or children. Our air mattresses are all twin-sized and can accommodate an adult or child as well.
